I was soooo excited to see you drop a new video! YAY I have missed your regular vlogs! I love your content and especially how candid and real you are about your overall approach to running from both the physical and mental side. When you said burnout I stopped in my tracks. You made it ok to take a break and just be in the present moment to get life done! I so appreciate you sharing that, Through your experiences, I now give myself permission to venture outside of the training plan and really listen to not only my body but my mind. If I just am not feeling it, I am not going to force myself to run just because my plan says so.... and i am ok with that now.. thanks to you ...
YAY soo glad you are back!! Curious if your paces are similar on tread workouts vs road or how do you approach each?? Could be a fun idea for a TH-cam video maybe or part of a vlog...
Can definitely mention it next time but it’s the tread I always take a slower pace because the treadmill always feels harder for me 😆 for my easy paced runs outside I do 9:00-9:30 range and then on the tread I like to do a 10 minute mile!
The way I just yelled ‘another Nicole vlog!’ to my husband. 😂He knows I need to drop everything and watch. Love your content! It’s like my safe space as a fellow runner girlie 😊

I was watching your recent youtube video and saw you were donating running shoes and clothes. I am running a half marathon, so will be starting training soon. Just wondering if I could possibly buy any old stuff as the new gear is soo expensive 😢🤯xxxxx 💓
I just did a 5k last weekend and it was sooo hot, I got a PB but regretted every second of it lol we had a big ol’ ice cream afterwards though so all good

Hi!! Curious how you track your workouts/training progress? An app, excel sheet, etc??
My coach gives me an excel sheet and then I mark them off + journal in my run log. And then of course can look back at my watch data and Strava!
*Trying* to train for my second half too in Texas and it is so hard lol.
