What's Behind the Eldership

The Apostle Paul describes to Timothy, that the work of a bishop, an overseer, or an elder, is a good work. This necessarily implies that there's more to the office of elder than just being a church manager. There is a quality to this office that must make Christ known to the church and to the culture.
