- Major concern as they just announced December 20 as the new timeline. We are discussing the 2025 fiscal budget for the federal government as well as how they have extended out a short term funding bill until December 20, this is good but also at the same time very concerning because there will no longer be snap protections on EBT cards for those people who receive food stamps otherwise known as supplemental nutrition assistance program across the entire country. We are talking about the provision that needs to be extended here in this video and what it means for the beneficiaries of food stamps, snap benefits or EBT.
