    Hello Mr. Forget,
while practicing distancing for a longer period of time (30 min.) I find it hard to keep my eyes open and end up with only two combined sensory fields (hearing and weight of the body). Can I add the blackness I see behind my closed eyes as the third field?
How do you practice silence for longer periode of time?
    Merci and all the best,
    Julian

Of course you can , the point is to give to your mind a grabbing point namely three fields of perceptions unified , the key is having a distant position with your thoughts but remember at the end of the day you are a scientist of consciousness experimenting in your lab.. to understand what is consciousness ..
