I make darts out of bike spokes and the cones from bamboo darts. I also use a stun dart with a hole drilled in the tip and crazy glue a spoke in that for fishing.
Oh yeah Vinnie, that hits hard, ghastly dart has some weight to it so gif range not so good but for a big fish up close it’s going to whack it hard. The harpoon tip is razor sharp too.
It will slide out if you pass a certain point of angle toward the ground. There is a restrictor on the mouthpiece that will not allow the dart come out the back of the blowgun so you can lightly inhale with the dart in the tube to hold it in place for a steep angle then blow full force when you want to shoot.

I had to wait to get mine as it was on back order for quite a while but if was well worth the wait, I love it and the regular hunting blowgun.

If u point the loaded blow gun down to the ground will the dart fall out or does it stay in?
