I've discovered that I was getting caught up in spiritually too much, and enlightment/ awakening, simply rainbows and unicorns.
I've been just trying to eat again & rest without feeling guilty.
Imagine that? A Capricorn rest....then we're lazy.
I had to get out of my head and coloring with colored pencils because even reading became difficult for me.
It's helped. Hang in there. ❤
