I dislike when cops are against time served. Right now the prison has borderline nothing going on and they have already been sitting in cuffs for an hour if not more. It just feels a bit petty to me.
My hope: - Special Hide Gloves BP - Requires hide (from deer) and fabric (from recycled car seats) to make - Takes the same amount of time to craft as advanced lockpicks - Devs make a special slot for it on the body (like they do with phones, ID, keys, etc.) - When it's in that special slot it's active and the DNA system doesn't work - It decays either when it's in the slot or just regardless, but not as quick as crowbars. Boom, just like that the city has 2 more sought after materials that isn't a metal, another business venture for people, AND it actually makes hunting a necessary job.
Intent to distribute and possession are two different charges so... not really. DNA proves he possessed it. Here's the thing though, and it's the same objection I had to the JP and Murphy Braun PD gun cases. You can just "give" people things without their consent. So if someone "gives" you something, you put it down (because you don't want it), a cop picks it up, tests it, DNA on it matches you... so now you're in trouble for possession? How does that make sense or is fair in any way? If anyone gets in trouble for this I hope they pull an X, "gives" a cop (or a judge) a brick, make them drop it and then turn it into the cops so they can test it. It would highlight pretty clearly how flawed the system is if possession = having on your person and placing it down.
No because the Snow Grey case set the precedent for how possession of a government issued firearm should be handled. Denzel Shiesty tried to argue that since Snow Grey was 100% identified as the person who robbed Officer Blackwell that means he had possession of that gun even if the gun wasn't in his possession at the time of his arrest. Judge Angel determined that no, possession of a firearm means having it in your possession at the time of arrest.
Something Ramee glanced over was that DNA cannot be used past the statute of limitations. So if Ramee can just hold off for 1 month….okay yeah nvm he’s fucked.
Spreading this so it gets seen. My hope: - Special Hide Gloves BP that prevents DNA transfer - Requires hide (from deer) and fabric (from recycled car sears) to make them - Takes the same amount of time to craft as advanced lockpicks - Devs make a special slot for it on the body (like they do with phones, ID, keys, etc.) - When it's in that special slot it's active and prevents DNA transfer - It decays either when it's in the slot or just regardless, but not as quick as crowbars. yeah i feel like Ramee hasnt found that person yet. X comes close but hes too busy being solo or the company. Peanut doesnt hit the same hes more of a sidekick than actual partner in crime like Randy was. Mr K and Ramee are family always but they are not as close both doing their own things not hanging out as much.@@bathala071
That gambling part is why Turner is the superior Captain. He's strict when he needs to be, lenient when the vibes suit it.

Only Ramee would have reduced time to only 20. Lawyer arc is top tier
he was in the cells for like 2 hours so he already served 120 months, so 140 months in total not 20

This was some pretty funny RP. Love the DNA stuff 😂😂
so annoyed I had to sleep halfway through all of this, so glad that I can watch this upload! I was really enjoying it.
Giving him time

DNA only says that you have contact with that thing ore object they still need to prove that he did it sale ore use it

cornwood so miserable not getting to chase Ws he thinks his work is prison... XD
If speedy gets caught with the PD Glock. So many people would be done for. Speedy, Lang, Peanut, X and Ramee.
+Tony who held the gun when Harry was robbed

DNA shouldn’t be left by simply touching something. There should be some bodily fluids like blood etc…

Esfand needs to create a criminal character so he understands the other side better.
He has a character named Logan Paul I believe lolol

But are their gloves to prevent DNA on items? Or is it just one sided and the police have an advantage?
Might wanna lay low an wait til statute of limitations is up an dna cant be used to convict.
Your're his lawyer just say you were in th car giving him legal advice when it kicked off
