@@josemanuel7249 I have sustained it for many years. It‘s a lifestyle. If you fortify yourself with supplements and eat one wholesome, organic food, you will be more than fine. You will feel awesome. Smokers and alcohol drinkers usually don’t have the discipline for it. People with addictive tendencies in general find it difficult. You also need to be connected to your inner source. @@genieyess1720 I still want my pizza and pasta on occasion, and I believe in the benefits of alcohol, such as 20 year old whiskey (full of elagic acid), and even a quality beer post-workout for recovery. I think that you can assemble those also to such healthy lifestyle that you promote. Thank You!

I'm in the middle of a 3-day fast right now too. Nothing but water or black coffee.
Even then the coffee spikes hormones like cortisol and its a diuretic which stunts the production of anti diuretic hormone or ADH

I intermittent fasting every day. OMAD: one meal a day. No sugar, no carbs. No alcohol. 👍👍👍 when you do this, toxic people run away from you! 👍🤣😇😘👍🙏✌️
