Ah, another of your splendid videos, Johnnie. I used to walk around the neighborhood for exercise. My stress level, depression, anxiety, etc, is certainly not relieved doing this due to the loud traffic, loud people..so much noise, so many distractions, audio and visual. Now I take the bus to a park that has miles of quiet trails through a forest filled with old growth trees, hanging moss, birds singing, deer...it has become a constant healing experience, these jaunts in the woods. I begin on the waterfront side, walk the waterfront then into the woods. With these solitary walks ...well, as I once heard someone put it so succinctly, "my spirit, my soul dances, rejoices". Also, thank you for sharing about mindfulness, a new concept for me, and I look forward to trying this form of meditation. I'll begin tomorrow...in the forest. :) Marita

I love music of all kinds from classic music to hard rock. Yes Sweden is a lovely country to live in and very beautiful too. It's still late summer here and temperature is around +20 degrees Celsius during the days but soon Autumn comes with colder days too. 🍃🌹🍃
