    Jay you are doing great, bro! It is wise not to take on too much at once. Just keep learning and trying a little more every time. On your next go-round you can probably install your own registers run ducts from them to the location where the plenum will be located and have them do everything else. You'll save coin and control your project.

      Yeah, after watching them install everything I would be much more confident to take on a part of it. I followed them around for hours asking questions, haha.

    I could be wrong, but R134A is strictly used in automotive applications. The correct replacement for R22 is R410A so it's possible they told you the wrong refrigerant. Check it out though as there could be something out there that may have some sort of automotive retrofit.
