Pro tip clean off the hub of rust so it is flat and smooth. Hand wire brush will do if it is light rust. That little bit of wiping you did didn't do much. Another pro tip, when using titanium threads nut or bolt ALWAYS use anti-seize for Titanium. Titanium will seize with a dissimilar metal, or can fail if used with the wrong anti-seize.
Thanks for the tips brother, I already repainted all hubs in black a week after I got the wheels on, no more rust no. About the anti seize, that I will do now.
Go for it po, accidentally ko lang nabili ito, not in my plan pero I'm started loving it lalo na pang daily to work and trips.
Anyway 5 ft lbs difference is nothing.
215 is ok if you're on stock ride height but it might rub when turning or on speed bumps, that's too much rubber actually for a small car in my opinion.
@@RowynDaily Thanks for your feedback. Yes, you are right, but I really like the look. Yes, the ride height is stock. I would like to ask one more question. I will use 7x16 rims for 215/55/16 tires, what should be the offset value? Is 35 enough? my car is 2021 hybrid BTW.
That GK5 I think, I'm on +35 and the rear sets perfectly but the front will poke out like an inch or more, I corrected mine by installing camber bolt on the front. Because of camber bolt you might having an issue of rubbing your tires to your front suspension if you put massive tires on your car, but just double check it.
I don't really care if the tire poke out. I don't use any camber bolts or anything and I don't think I ever will. All I want to know is will these tires rub at all with the stock suspension and springs?
@@RowynDaily thank you for the speedy reply. I have a GK5 and wanted to change the alloys, I understand that the factory fit alloys are +48 - 52, depending on who you believe. The recommended offset is within 5, so far all I have found are nowhere near that figure. The wheels you have fitted look fine, any issues with wheel alignment, suspension etc. Thanks again.
I'm still on stock suspension right now, the real issue of +40 is tire rubbing on the front fender, since the front wheel are poked out a bit. At back I have no issue of rubbing, but the rear wheels are poked in on +40. Gk5 body is not perfectly straight front the front to the back, but if you prepared to use wheel spacers to correct the offset of your rear wheels that might be a good idea.
soon bro, but I have to consider also my car port has got a lil of angle approach. On stock suspension I have only cm clearance from the ground to my front bumper 😁. If I lower my car then I need to leave my car on the street.

Yeah, my rims are reps of Ce28 but Rota is tough too and cheap. For my tyres I'm running TOYO 205/50R16
I couldn’t understand a word he said. Although I know how he felt because I bought the same thing and installed it on the same car!

Salamat po sa correction. Naka set po ako sa 80-0.0, newbie lang po ako doing trial nad error.
@@RowynDaily yung lower line ang susundin mo, hindi yung line kung san nakatapat yung number.
Salamat kuya sa tip.

Yeah, still original set up underneath. I'm using my car for long road trips, so I decided not to lower it for now.
sana pininturahan mo yung hub kahit papano ng canned spray paint.
Naka plano na po kuys gipit lang sa araw at may trabaho kasi ako, pero may can spray na ako for the hub.
@@RowynDaily yes para mas gwapo lumutang yung mags mo.
Saan umorder ng msgs and tires mo?
Dito lang sa Rota Australia yong rims, then tyres from Nissan dealership.
can we use 215 tire on honda jazz?

goods ba ang honda jazz?
Naman bro, basta Japanese brand panalo.
this may be obvious, but what is the offset please.
+40 but it's not the perfect fitment for me, I recommend +45 front and the rear should be +30-25 if you want wheel lips to car body lines.
