The amount of synergy this group has whilst playing is so much fun to watch. Little moments like Karq giving Flats nano before hes asked on junkertown, or the way they backed each other up on lijiang after the whiffed slam. A good player will know what to do, a great player is already doing it
I still miss ranked no limits, that was the most stupid thing I've ever seen and I loved it. Best one was on Numbani defense we went 2 pharahs 1 echo and 2 mercys (2 of us are pharah mains) and they just couldn't do anything.

I still think they have to change the rank to max two of each class like 2T/2DPS/1H 1T/2DPS/2H 2T/1DPS/2H TO provide more viraity and let some tank to shine again also more fun at least for my who prefer to play as 2ndry tank :)
As someone who used to be very burned out with Overwatch and both hate it and like it with burning passion, a very much adore the videos you make Flats, especially that I can't really watch streams due to different timezones, but keep the awesome content up man, it fuels me to go back to that game nonetheless (even if I'm a casual bronze player lmao) Cheers!
Nice to see you guys give open queue a shot, its actually so fun, and it only gets better the higher you climb. As a top500 GM Open queuer, the best meta is 3 tanks, 2 supports. Always run roadhog & moira, everything else is interchangeable.

I use to play open queue and I really enjoyed it. But I stopped when it came to the point of me not being able to play any dps or who like to play because of open queues meta.
I have been doing this for about 2 years and I think this is the first time I've ever seen anyone not only comment on it, but know it's origin too. Thank you, I am finally validated.
I honestly think the best team for open queue is ball, reinhardt, and roadhog with Ana and zen for supports, very slow but an unstoppable force, ball creates space for the team and reinhardt guards the 2 vulnerable supports, hog displaces enemies, could swap for junkerqueen so you can displace enemies but also have antiheal, the Ana's grenade increases healing recieved so its practically the only way to heal this much hp consistently and nano boost is really powerful on tanks, they become unkillable, zen can heal ball from a range to build ult, can discord orb enemies ensuring hog hooks are kills and his ult can also heal the entire team which is hard to do with this much health, I haven't gotten a team to play test this but I feel like it could go pretty far.
goats is 3 tanks (normally rein zarya dva) and 2 supports (some combo of moira brig and lucio) and if u love it you are playing goats with friends and if u hate it you are playing against it (its hilarious to be the one playing it, miserable to play against it)
I find open queue way more enjoyable than role queue, only sad part is you pretty much have to play 4 tabks and 1 moira so the meta isnt really diverse.... But theres no sojourn and hog cant oneshot u so easily with all these tanks protecting u
7:20 Kiriko skill is similar to Bap's immortality lamp...except it can also remove/prevent: sleep, nade, grav, pin, bleed, shatter, hook, sonic arrow, magnetic grenade, pulse bomb, sticky bombs, venom mine, blizzard, hack, discord, trap... and it also boops(!) so you can try that on Ilios Well map or similar. Btw, I think the fact it can remove grav is a bug, but it currently can 😭
Try all healers. We’ve done it before and we recon the mega is lucio zen brig Anna (if the team respects the sleep) and either miora bap or maybe Kirico
My brother played open queue comp and placed bronze. Me, a mercy main, played comp role queue and placed gold on my first placements. My brother then proceeded to complain how everyone just picks tank and its not fun, I looked him dead in the eye and said "you're stupid. If you can pick anything why pick DPS or support and not tank, a role that dominates". Its like saying if you had 1 mil dollars you would buy gum instead of doing smth useful. He actually made me so annoyed lol Then he has the audacity to ask me why I play role queue, oh idk maybe I like A BALANCED TEAM COMP bruh... Edit: I started ow2 in 2022 so I'm relatively new, but I watched a lot of ow1 content so I had a bit of game knowledge, u know, what's good and what's bad. And luckily I watch flats so I get actual good info abt ow2 than the garbage on tiktok

I noticed this too! She wasn't fortified and I double-checked to make sure that javelin spin does not negate shatter (it doesn't). I think she was literally pixels out of its range, but it looks even more sus because she was in the process of moving in front of it as and after it happened.
