Wouldnt Rot priest trigger twice because of it being targeted for the -1/-1 counters? As well as his other creatures earlier, causing Lich to die on that last atk?
Those are abilities not spells.

34:59 Because The Haunt of Hightower asks for cards to be put into a graveyard, you actually don't get any +1/+1 counters when tokens go to the graveyard because they don't count as cards.
One of the most fun combos in my Ayara deck was Blade of Selves onto Abhorrent Overlord. Blade is an amazing add in the deck and lets things like Gary, Rune-Scarred Demon, and Plaguecrafter do some seriously devastating things, but put that baby on Overlord while Ayara is onboard and you melt faces.
I love Blade of Selves, anytime I have a bunch of ETB creatures in the deck I add Blade of Selves :P

Yawgmoth is the most op card I mean its protected from humans and last I checked all my opponents have been human
40:00 I think Joe could have proliferated the +1/+1 counter on Ixhel, since state-based actions are checked after the sword's triggered ability completely finishes resolving. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.)
No, because it never actually gets the counter put on it. This would be true if the counter went on and then was cancelled out, but it never actually goes on (which admittedly is an awkward and stupid mechanic).
Jason is correct. Its state based action and +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters can be put on the same permanent temporarily. Meaning it can be proliferated before it disapears.
704.5. The state-based actions are as follows:
704.5q If a permanent has both a +1/+1 counter and a -1/-1 counter on it, N +1/+1 and N -1/-1 counters are removed from it, where N is the smaller of the number of +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters on it.
@andrewbailey7045 they both exist until state based actions can resolve and then they cancel each other out.
He _can_ proliferate the counter, but it's pointless. Proliferating adds one counter of _each_ type of counter the permanent has.
In other words, proliferating it would proliferate both the +1/+1 counter and the -1/-1 counters. It's normally useless.

idk if this is right, but pretty sure tokens go to the graveyard and then cease to exist as a state-based action, so they would trigger a "enters the graveyard" ability, meaning the dude should have been way bigger

with the amount of proliferation nowadays poison threshold really should be raised, i know in my playgroup we were thinking 15 to 20

800.4. Unlike two-player games, multiplayer games can continue after one or more players have left the game.
800.4a When a player leaves the game, all objects (see rule 109) owned by that player leave the game and any effects which give that player control of any objects or players end. Then, if that player controlled any objects on the stack not represented by cards, those objects cease to exist. Then, if there are any objects still controlled by that player, those objects are exiled. This is not a state-based action. It happens as soon as the player leaves the game. If the player who left the game had priority at the time he or she left, priority passes to the next player in turn order who’s still in the game.
Example: Alex casts Mind Control, an Aura that reads, “You control enchanted creature,” on Bianca’s Assault Griffin. If Alex leaves the game, so does Mind Control, and Assault Griffin reverts to Bianca’s control. If, instead, Bianca leaves the game, so does Assault Griffin, and Mind Control is put into Alex’s graveyard.
Example: Alex casts Act of Treason, which reads, in part, “Gain control of target creature until end of turn,” targeting Bianca’s Runeclaw Bears. If Alex leaves the game, Act of Treason’s change-of-control effect ends and Runeclaw Bears reverts to Bianca’s control.
Example: Alex casts Bribery, which reads, “Search target opponent’s library for a creature card and put that card onto the battlefield under your control. Then that player shuffles his or her library,” targeting Bianca. Alex puts Serra Angel onto the battlefield from Bianca’s library. If Bianca leaves the game, Serra Angel also leaves the game. If, instead, Alex leaves the game, Serra Angel is exiled.
Example: Alex controls Genesis Chamber, which reads, “Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield, if Genesis Chamber is untapped, that creature’s controller puts a 1/1 colorless Myr artifact creature token onto the battlefield.” If Alex leaves the game, all such Myr tokens that entered the battlefield under Alex’s control leave the game, and all such Myr tokens that entered the battlefield under any other player’s control remain in the game.

ame back from the clutch three times on MTG Arena lol, once 1 life vs 24 life opponent (Best game ever BTW) ... , another had 9 poison counters, barely won, and the last 1 life and dude quit at 7 life lol. got pics to show... never give up folks! I Hate that he died before I could play him in a game. Thank You Shelden Menery for bringing us commander.

I recently built a budget Urtet for my girl, then she upgraded it and IT RULES. She won our last game against slivers, aragon and hobbits. It was wild
