Hi. I have this issue. My virtual card which has been active was revoked by the issuer on the ground of inactivity of the card. I went ahead to claim another which I’ve been trying to input its info in for apple payments but it keeps saying the same thing yours was showing in this video.

I think maybe my one of the credit car was “Blacklisted” by Apple, or disabled by bank. I think I either go to bank for reactivate or register new card

Maybe blacklisted by apple? This started when card expired in 01/2023. It was renewed. But nothing works.
