Loved your video! I live in Michigan too, outside of Detroit. I am sad about Stitches and Things closing. I never made it there unfortunately. There is a newer shop now in Monroe which I want to get to some day. Love your crowns! I like them too but come nowhere near as many as you have. Nice cross stitching! I don't do much with "fancy floss" or big samplers. And that's OK! Looking forward to your future videos.

So glad I found your video. I always check out the list of floss tubers that are on their first couple of videos. I am in Michigan and also love to stitch Halloween and Mira’s. I’ve been stitching for more than 50 years off and on…..more off in the early days because I am not a fan of farm animals and samplers. But in the last 6 or 7 years, I have fallen down the biggest rabbit hole because of designers like Madame Chantilly, Crocette agogo, HOD, Mira/Nora, Heart in Hand and so many more! Can’t wait to watch your future floss tubes.

Great first video! I wish we had more cross stitch stores in MI too. The closest one to me is in Shields (Saginaw), and I can't make it over there very often. The weather this winter has been a mess, and it's messing with my head. I feel like we were in March for all of January, and then we've had January weather this past week or so and sounds like we are getting more, just when the calendar is telling us that we might see some spring soon ... but we already had it. *sigh* I still love it here, I just wish the weather whiplash would stop. 🙂 Jacque over at Cross My Stitches has a video where she shows how to get rid of slubs out of linen. I haven't tried it, but watching her do it, it looks pretty simple! ~Katrina

There’s a quilting/cross stitch shop there right downtown. It’s called Mo’s Needle and Thread. They have patterns, linen, Aida, all the threads!!! It’s amazing. 💗

It's over 50 miles one way to Hobby Lobby and Michael's. I have no idea why all the cross stitch shops are down south from me. My lick I guess. Oh my goodness. I am such a bling snob. I love, love, love all the bling you add to your stitching. I live in NW Fl and there aren't any local stitch shops near me. It's over 50 miles one way to Hobby Lobby and Michael's. I have no idea why all the cross stitch shops are down south from me. My lick I guess. Loved you video and can't wait to watch other ones of yours!!

Loved Ricky, so my favorite stuffed animal as a kid was a raccoon that was about half my size and a long tail I used to twirl around my arm. I started stitching in the 80s, so glad you're here and can't wait to see more!!
