- Ingredients:-
1/2 kg washed mutton bone on
4 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Water as required for pressure cooking for 5 minutes on low flame after the whistle
2 bunches of Ambada bhaaji(Sorrel leaves), 1 bunch of sowa bhaaji (Dill leaves), 3 medium tomatoes chopped & 10 green chillies, salt, pressure cooked for 5 minutes on low flame after the whistle & mashed
1/2 cup oil - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
