I don't leave comments very often but I really love this channel. I have anxiety when it comes to eating in public spaces and the pandemic made it a bit harder. These past few months I have been trying to slowly get myself used to eating out and one of the ways I do that is by watching these livestreams. Hey can I give you a recommendation for your momma? My uncle who is like a father to me is diabetic and had high blood pressure and had a stroke about 2 years ago because he had both his blood sugar and pressure up to high at the same time. I myself am diabetic and we both started taking Spirulina pills and Berberine Pills and they have controlled our sugar sooo much it's awesome! We still take our meds but they have helped keep it controlled much better. With my meds I usted to still get my sugar up to 145 and now that I've been taking those two my sugar doesn't go above 120. You can get them at any vitamin shop, I buy mine at Swanson vitamins and they are all natural. Sending much love to both of you! ♥️
My daughter buys those fish pancake things filled with strawberry ice cream from the Asian market . The fish actually taste like a fish shaped ice cream cone.🤷🏻♀️
