  • Snorkeling (or Snorkelling in the UK and Commonwealth countries) is the practice of swimming on or through a body of water while equipped with a diving mask, a shaped tube called a snorkel, and optionally, fins. It appeals to all ages because of how little effort there is, and without the exhaled bubbles of scuba-diving equipment. The primary appeal is the opportunity to observe underwater life in a natural setting without the complicated equipment and training required for scuba diving. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snorkeling.
If you are coming to Malta, or live here, then it is an opportunity that you cannot miss. This video was taken at Ghajn Tuffieha (Apples Eye) bay in the North of Malta. There are signed, underwater tracks that you can follow.
Appreciate life under the sea, but whatever the circumstances, please do not touch the sea flora and fauna! Leave it for you and your children's children to enjoy!
