If Wuxie and Fatty didn’t wait for Xiaoge that one time, he will have to go back to what used to happen again, losing his memories
and being left behind. Wuxie is a special connection to Xiaoge(Fatty too), because he is not only saved by XiaoGe some times but keeps chasing after him, even if he loses his memories again and again, Wuxie is always by his side and makes him remember. Their relationship is not love, it’s something more than that. They trust no one but each other
There is also friendship and brotherhood bonds. There are more than one type of love. It isn't always romantic.
When I saw Xiao ge looking so lost, it brakes my heart. It was painful to watch, the emotion is there and the acting was so astonishing. I was so thankful that they stick to the story line in the novel. And I’m happy for Xiao ge, for having such a grate friends. Iron Triangle is so awesome! 😊
I know they are two different shows, but I can't help thinking that there's definitely a Wei Ying/Lan Zhan vibe when I watch them.

0:16 WuXie’s behaviour to XiaoGe - only once have I seen such acting that showed their dynamic - that was in Reunion when WuXie held a dying XiaoGe in his arms. WuXie called out his name in a similar way. XiaoGe held his hand, smiled and said it was okay. TLT2 sort of with WuXie running into the ocean & nearly drowning to find XiaoGe.
And here again, they nailed it: WuXie’s desperate tone as he calls Zhang Qiling’s full name - I see what the author meant when he said they are like Romeo & Juliet in their own way - bromance or bl.
The acting and the chemistry is truly great. 👏🏽
3) @0:02 WuXie and XiaoGe see each other again after a long while - and all he has to do his look into his eyes & ask XiaoGe if he remembers him.
I always say you gotta read the books to understand Zhang Qiling ...now you can see it on screen, too.
And this is why I love & respect Zhang Qiling so much - he has been through so much in his long life & yet he remains so brave & so courageous. Thank goodness he has WuXie & PangZi in his life now, his family. ❤️ My edits and words will never fully articulate how much I love this character or how grateful I am to this show for showing his story - in their own way.
okay omg...I've no idea what this show is but after watching your amazing past couple of videos and your comment here I'm SOO HOOKED!!! But I just don't know whether I should just start with watching this show or do I also have to watch TLT 1 and 2? Are WuXie and Zhang Qiling also in those two?

The evolution between the characters since tlt1 makes me fall in love even more

Reunion was a spin off epilogue drama set 20 years in the future - it’s separate from this one, which is a different production and based off the main books. (Confusing I know but there it is).
This is a continuation of the lost tomb 2 years production 2019? Wow I can't read the novel version yet because Language limitation 😂 sorry, Even though I wanted to read the book, sorry
@@EspressoSJ it is very confusing 😭, not to mention the cliffhangers, there's a lot of huge plot hole everywhere, different production make it more difficult(more plot hole) to understand if never read the book, but the casts for every season never disappoint, different vibe but they all play excellently
@@Sweet_Like_A_Jack_Rose Reunion is confusing, I agree because the editing and cutting 40+ episodes made it so. Ultimate Note isn’t as confusing it flows better, but still w/o book knowledge it’s tricky. This franchise can be quite niche.
Another reason is that two different production companies made these. Reunion was made with the aid of the author’s production company. Ultimate Note is made by the same folks who made TLT1 & TLT2 but the author doesn’t have anything to do with them since TLT1 (he only got the rights back in 2019). I have made a post on the community tab listing all the dramas and the order to watch them (make it less confusing hopefully).
@@EspressoSJ your listing have helped me a lot, I mean to thank you for it, but the plot hole still quite disappointing. Especially the cliffhanger in TLT2, do you think they'll ever release the 2nd part for it? & They seem to skip the part where Xiao-ge had to protect the bronze gate but it mentioned in Wu xie introduction in Ultimate note which I think very confusing at first 😩

Yes, and then Lost Tomb 2, then this one. There is a post on this channel’s community page listing the orders to watch the dramas with links where to watch them. And if you have questions feel free to ask - the franchise is based off a book series and the shows only cover so much (very niche).

someone please tell me the correct order of watching this series. As far as I have heard it starts with "the lost tomb" and then " the lost tomb 2 "... But I'm confused if people meant the 2nd season of the lost tomb as" the lost tomb 2 " because the lost tomb has 8 season... or is " the lost tomb 2 " another series itself? LMAO I don't make any sense but if someone can understand it then PLEASE EXPLAIN IT TO ME AND LET ME THE KNOW THE CORRECT ORDER 🙏🙇♀️

It’s based off a book series about tomb raiding and bromance - called the Grave Robber Chronicles. It is not BL, but the fans shipped the two characters (WuXie & Zhang Qiling) for over 15 years, they’re very popular CP in the country. And so they add a lot of fan service to this series. There is a lot of love in this show & it’s really nice - whether you see it as brotherly or romantic is up to you. It is left for interpretation whether you want it to be a bromance or a BL.
