If you measure the resistance of this type of sensor, with a multimeter, the 9V battery in the multimeter will blow up your brand new sensor. You can only measure resistance of abs sensors when there is a reluctor ring, not a magnetic ring on the wheel bearing

Most multimeters are megaOhms/Volt and in my limited experience of Hall sensors, they're not particularly sensitive, so all should be well.
