Family Favorite Lazy Taco Recipe Ingredients: 2-3 lbs meat of choice (preferably ground beef, however ground chicken is good if you prefer leaner) 1 16 oz can refried beans (we prefer old El paso. Actually we prefer my homemade refried beans but a bitch be tired after work) 4 oz sour cream Shredded cheese of choice (we enjoy Fiesta blend) 1 package taco seasoning (if you do not have your own blend you prefer, we also prefer old el paso seasoning blend) Preferred taco holding device Directions: 1. Slap meat in pan. Season (onion, garlic powder, chili powder, preferred taco seasoning blend) & brown 2. Drain most of the grease (optional but encouraged) 3. Slap those beans, sour cream, and shredded cheese in that pan, and mix over low heat. It is now a thick meaty paste. 4. Slap that paste in your taco holder. We prefer the hardshell with the flat bottom. The filling being thick and not too greasy helps it not fall out of the taco shell if it is not crazy overstuffed. I've also been told it makes a fantastic burrito base. 5. Eat and enjoy or hate it

I do not have amounts for seasonings and cheese. I just go until I hear the ancestors go "oye mija!"
