I would love to suggest Detroit for a future run. You run into Canada over a bridge and back to US through an underwater tunnel. Very underrated marathon!

You go girl! Those suggested tempo runs can be brutal especially on the hills. One of the bras I got recently was Brooks Drive 3 pocket running bra and it’s been working well for me.

I did my first sprint triathlon 2 weeks ago. (Which was great & I did it! I am not known for athletic ability.) And have done almost nothing since. Need something to kick me back into gear. I'm gonna ride on your coattails to motivation land!
Your "do a tempo run speed pants" or something like that made me laugh as I literally titled my last video getting faster and then the next one that goes up tomorrow is me saying I ran slower again last week lol 😬😂
My Max HR according to calculations should only be around 180. I have an arrhythmia issue, and while hooked up to a monitor I’ve recorded 235 😂😂. RPE is way better than heart rate.
