  • Ever wonder how much and what kind of work goes into hosting a retreat?
Hosting a retreat is kind of like hosting a party; it's tons of fun when the guests are there, and most of the work comes before the doorbell rings. In this video I treat you to a behind the scenes look at the hours before our guests arrive. Bonus: It's August in Illinois. This means: HOT.
Soul Farm Retreats is a farm in rural Illinois where strong women come together. This channel aims to bring the Soul Farm retreat experience to you, with yoga, food and health ideas, little soulful stories.
Thank you for watching. I appreciate any generous comments, wholehearted likes, and, hopefully, a tap on the Subscribe button!

This was such a wonderful experience. I think that helping set up is something every retreat leader should experience, to feel the work that goes into the enjoyment. And I still think we won that tent set up competition.
