I wonder what Chad would say about a group of 25 employees joined to do a Lean exercise on a specific workload and how it should go about during the process of eliminating what is unproductive bottlenecks, pin points of the workload to streamline the work the employee, in order to increase productivity, and the amount of work being done for increase in efficiency? Allow employees to contribute in a positive manner without being pointed as an employee bringing negative aspect of the job and and told they are unproductive in the lean exercise
I'm not sure what I just read. Might need some translation...but I'm reading that you're upset that something went terribly poor with some sort of lean group process.
