Not only great instructions, but the links to the parts were right on. ‘ordered from amazon, received in a couple of days and installed with no issues. Thanks!
Thanks for the detailed video. :) Will do that in the upcoming days. BTW i watched another shorter video and there was no T20 screw... It was passenger side and mechanical mirror.
I've just checked on my car - no T20 screws on both sides. It is Nov 1999, European 5 door hatch, Ghia trim. From what i saw on the new replacement mirrors, on that place is a plastic TRI-WING pin. Here the link to the video with the mechanical mirror and no T20: (can't paste the link... ?!?)
That seems like a very easy fix. My right electric mirror is not working. Got to adjust the position by pushing on it so it snaps through the gear sprockets. But that’s not accurate enough to get the correct view. 30 dollars or whatever it is, and this little effort, is way worth the safety of a properly working mirror.
They altered the body style slightly from 2005-2007, so it's possible they changed something minor but they LOOK the same visually. I would order for your specific year if you're worried.
I can't seem to take the white thing off the black thing. The tab just will not slide out no matter what. I tried putting wd40 on it, tried getting someone to pull with me, everything. I've been trying for an hour now and it just won't realease and come apart like in your video :(
‘85 Chieftain 33’ with the 454 engine and only 74,085 miles. Chevy chassis, new steer tires, dual A/C units. 6500 WATTTTT Onan generator, microwave, stove, oven, newer non OEM refrigerator, queen size bed in back, jack-knife couch. Pretty sweet ride. Rides like a cloud and only $5000.
Tony, buddy. I had to crank the volume up to 80 AND turn on the closed captioning on my computer just to hear you, you either need to open your mouth more and put some effort in when you speak or you need to learn to enunciate, son
@@DougSConfederateHammer I have nobody else currently around to ask, but I can hear everything pretty clearly even in the first 30 seconds with only half phone volume. Granted I’m in a quiet environment right now and I did ramble off a lot in the first 30 seconds. That was just the mumbo jumbo about what years this works on anyways though. The important part is the repair itself! 😁
Excellent. You explained it more clearly than any of the other half-dozen videos I've watched. Great camera work too.
Thanks for the positive feedback and I'm glad the video helped!

Strange, I wonder if it was the same year or if the mechanical and electric mirrors are different 🤔

So it’s either because it’s European or because it’s mechanical

Thanks a bunch for the video.
All of the mirros 2000-2007 are the same size?

Great video, man. Thanks!

What time stamp are you looking at?
More specs on the Winnebago?

Fabulous 🤝
Thanks!
Thanks - especially for the 'clip-wrestle' (came here to check I wasn't doing something wrong, and it really is a b*stard)
😂 Tough little buggers!
Ps that dude in the green shirt is jacked.
Huge.

You must be deaf 🤣 I can understand everything just listening to the video on my phone
@@TonyTheTruckGuy Well of course you can son, it's your own voice, so you know what you were saying
@@DougSConfederateHammer I even had my coworker watch the video and he said he could understand it 😂
@@TonyTheTruckGuy Even the first probably 30 seconds? THAT'S when you sounded like you weren't putting any effort into speaking
