While there are a few references to it on various British websites, I can't find any in Danish, which sort of makes me want to call BS on the whole thing. However, those are two pretty obscure clubs even for Danish standards (these days, they're in the 7th and 11th tier), so it seems unlikely that someone in England would pull their names out of thin air. It also would have been in a game in the 5th tier at best (no idea where they played at the time, but not in any of the top 4 divisions), so nothing else about the game would have gotten any nationwide attention. Best guess is that it's been part of the local lore for the past 60 years, and someone with connections to whichever British website posted it first visited one of the clubs a few years ago. Funny how these things can go.
He didnt say anything about the best division in DK from 1960. Professionals wasnt allowed before 1978. Found some info from Nørager in 1961. The first team was relegated from Serie's 4 that year. It may happened, may not. Only way to find out is calling the clubs or asking the local archives though.
