Thank you for mentioning the Pomodoro Technique. I too have ADHD and run my own small business. I struggle with getting tasks done etc as I get so distracted eg. watching/listening your blog whilst tidying my craftroom, keep stopping to do things. Great idea and I'm going to try it. Xx

YES!! totally agree I have tried so many things over the years, they either last a day or don't work at all yanno? Have ou ever used the Pomodoro method? OMG this is the nicest thing ever tysm my love your support means the world ✿
