Sophia, your hair looks very beautiful today, and I really enjoyed watching you doing such a calming video. It's like you took a chill pill and finally stopped rushing around. Well done! the recipe looks great too!
Sophia...you just took me back to when I was a kid helping my Mom making every type of cobbler known to man....Cobblers were my Dad's favorite dessert and easy enough for me to learn how to make when I was 9 years old.....my favorite is Cherry/Blackberry Cobbler.....yum...
Oh my goodness, that looks so good, I bet it would be good with a handful of cranberries too? A few years ago, a family member threw shade at me for using pre-made crusts, so the next time I was going to see/feed them I took the premade crust, wadded it up and rolled it again so it looked "rustic" and he said "see, look how much better crust is when you make it yourself". I giggled like an evil scientist and cut him another slice.
Yum yum! I love cobbler! I've never made it with a bottom crust before though, but looks delicious! Could pass as dessert AND breakfast! Never lasts long in my house. :)
I don't like cooked fruit but this looks yummy! So glad you figured out the time thing. I love the extra hour of sleep but don't like the early darkness. Have a blessed week!!!
Sophia thanks for your video, I am from the UK. We make cobblers but we do not use a pastry base, plus our cobbler is more scone based. Yours looked lovely x
Thanks for the recipe. Love your cooking videos. I've never made cobblers before but I make Rachel Ray's Apple Crisp every Thanksgiving because it's so simple! I've made a Triple Berry Crisp that is devine. I'll have to try the cobbler. I do not think you can go wrong with anything that involves biscuits. 😁 Your boys will be delighted after school today!
Sophia, I am so hungry for some of that now, lol! I am not one that really enjoys cooking or baking but I have a great desire to try this. I have to say that I don't blame you for loving the Corningware dishes. My mom had an entire set like you have before she went into Assisted living and I now wish that I had taken them because I had no idea that you could use them to cook on the stove and then put them in the oven like that. Thank you for sharing this recipe, I think I may have to go to the grocery store now and get some ingredients. xo
What a fabulous recipe, Sophie! I love that you gave precision measurements (in separate bowls). It was so easy to follow your steps. I can already see your son's EYES when they come home. LOL!
Hi Sophia!! Love your cooking video’s especially this scrumptious berry/apple cobbler. Please keep them coming and Thank you so much for sharing your recipes!! 💗💞😋😋
That looks so yummy. I had know idea you could use your Corning wear on the stove top. I learn something new every time I watch your videos. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful production, Sophia. The cobbler looks so pretty & delicious. The song is delightful & the camera work was nice, too. :) I enjoyed this. Will try the cobbler on my husband and two sons, also.
Lovely Sophia 💜, gosh that cobbler looks scrumptious 😋. I can’t wait to make it . Hope all is going well with the house and the workers. Have a safe and Happy Halloween 🎃. Thank you for sharing. We love y’all 💜❤️💕🐶🐶🐱
Oh that cobbler does look good! I'd like to try this for when the kid comes home for Thanksgiving. We both like apples. And Cameron's favorite is pears. My favorite is strawberries. I don't know...we'll have to see how it goes.
When I was a kid I would only eat the crust with the liquid filling on it, I didn't like the texture of the cooked fruit. Used to drive my mother bonkers.
Wow !! 😋 i make mine completely different that’s why I love baking it’s so versatile . It looks delicious. We made apple cider donuts last night because we can’t find them here Texas
Wow!! 😋 I make mine completely different that’s why I love baking it’s so versatile, we made apple cider donuts last night because can’t find them here in Texas they came out pretty good.
I giggled at the thought of someone NOT knowing what a cobbler is 😉... and suddenly felt SAD for them! I am from Texas and prefer cobbler to pie... hands down! This looks delicious... might give it a try. Thank you for sharing. Oh, also... never seen a cobbler with dough on the bottom.
Hi Helen, the recipe is on Sophia’s page down below. Just click arrow on your right and click on the foodnetwork.com/recipes and the recipe will appear. Hope this helps. 😀. Happy Baking!!!
I clicked on the link and went over to the food network site but when I searched for the recipe I found other cobblers not the apple berry cobbler. Sorry guys but I feel so stupid.
That looks delicious! I am feeling nostalgic, my mom had the same plates but I think it was a brownish color band and I have a couple of her Spice of Life corning ware. Speaking of Strawberry Rhubarb - the best pie - Delicious Orchard Colts Neck NJ. As a transplanted jersey girl I have to get mine shipped for Thanksgiving and Christmas most of the time, miss it so much. D.O. is just incredible fruit and veggies the size of your face, bakery, deli, etc and people travel far and wide to get there. The orchard started in 1911 and in 1959 started as a small road side stand and now it is 110 acre orchard and 2.5 million people visit each year. Thanksgiving week they have cops directing traffic and roped lines to get in - best place ever! check out their website.

I’ve never heard of a cobbler taking so many steps, or having a bottom crust.. but it looks delicious!
I've never made a cobbler with a bottom crust before.

The berry measurements are down twice. Is that right? Altogether it would be 3 cups of berries?
No I think it s a typo on their part.
İce cream
