Garo shows have always had the best production quality among Tokusatsu shows, even during the early 2000s. And this one just knocks it out of the park in every aspect, from the monster suits to the special effects.

Also, ngl I was a bit excited when one of the character said they recruited 3 more swordsmen, I thought the Trio is gonna be back and then I remember... one of the actor (specifically Junya Ikeda who also played Gokai Silver) got arrested for intentional blackmail and was terminated from his acting career.

Came across this series by accident, and so far I've been enjoying these 2 episodes so much! I'm loving the armors man, especially the one worn by Souma.
Hate to tell you that that particular armor is pretty much a standard grunt armor worn by knights who didn't manage to inherit a titled set, inferior in every way compared to the titled ones. the only upside being makai armors literally grow & adapt with their owners, so that grunt armor can grow to become something else given enough time & use.
Yeah, Souma's armor isn't evolved yet because he himself has not evolved. The suit is just afew steps above the rank and file Makai Knights. Though on the flip side that does mean he is not as restricted on time as the advanced titled knights once he dons the armor. It'll be interesting to see how his armor develops once he matures into his role as a full makai knight and earn his father's title.
I managed to get some of the art books for Garo years ago and had a friend help me translate them. The history of the armors and how they came to be was very interesting.

10年前の流牙を知っているからこそ・・・白羽創磨にかけている1つ1つの言葉が重く感じる。
以前の流牙に似てますよね
がむしゃらに戦うところとか特に
さすがに流牙も一般人犠牲するような戦い方はしなかったけれども
流牙は一般人にバレバレな戦いをしてましたが。
闇照1話ではホラーの魔戒語を理解出来ずに周囲に多くの人がいるのを気付くのに遅れた為ホラーを人々の前まで連れ込んでしまいましたね。流石にその場で斬れば血が飛び散りドルチェを生み出してしまう危険性や下手に刺激して凶暴化などの可能性があった為ホラーと共に屋外へ飛び出し牙狼の鎧を召喚して仕留めてました。ただ、その結果SG1に通報されたりザルバの無視、ホラーの本体が花弁である事に気付かず怪我を負うといった未熟さが当時ありましたね。今回流牙が創磨に怒ったのは、
・ホラーを人が多い場所まで連れ込んでしまった事
・ホラーの攻撃が危うく人々に当たるところだった事
・人々を巻き込んでしまい一時的なパニックに陥って気がそれホラーの攻撃をまともに喰らってしまった事
などを叱責したと考えてます
後輩の失敗を見てると、自分の失敗を思い出して腹が立つという。
ちなみに翔2話でホラーに斬りつけた際の返り血が逃げ遅れた女性にかかりかけたこともある。(莉杏がフォローしたけども)

I totally agree, I bought the series in the 2000's and maybe 4 movies. Koga and Zero were the coolest. This girl would make a good Shermie.

だからこそ流牙が創磨に厳しい言葉を掛けたのも納得できる。
牙狼シリーズは人間の心理と成長を繊細に描いた物語。
創磨、コヨリがどれだけ成長していくのかはもちろん、各キャラクターがどのような展開を魅せるのかが楽しみだね。
個人的には黒谷友香さんが魔戒法師ムツギ役で出演されてるのが嬉しいし、長身でスタイル抜群の黒谷さんが、どのようなアクションを魅せてくれるのか期待大。
流牙の戦績も凄いな。

concordo contigo,@@kiske084 Souma estava tão preocupado com o retorno do seu pai, que esqueceu de todo o resto. Isso só reforça o fato dos makais de Creacity estarem desorientados pela falta de uma referência na figura de um Cavaleiro Makai, figura essa que Souma podia ter assumido.

流牙牙狼が成長して黄金騎士の名に相応しく頼もしくなったなぁ～と実感する第2話でした🙌
創磨の未熟さをかつての自分に重ねているかのようなので、闇に落ちることないように一人前の魔戒騎士に導いて欲しいです！
あと、当分先になるけどパチンコ化も楽しみです(笑)
創磨は父親の鎧か、ハガネの鎧のどちらを継ぐのか。
どちらもカッコ良い〜☺
