If you want to be lawyer in Australia, you need to study juris doctor which is year three course , it doesn't matter if you are lawyer in India. You will have to study it .

First give NCA exam from India , then give Canadian bar exams . After clearing bar exams , Do LPP (law practice programme) of 1 year from Ryerson college. Then you are eligible to work in Canada 👍🏻
I am a law graduate ,but I was in service in the high Court and retired from the post of assistant registrar inthe year 2019 I have a law degree from a recognized university .my son is working in Sydney in a much. He is pressuring me to live with him there .I have no any serious disease and I can work hard .Is there any scope to work not to be dependable upon my child , living with him.
