A11/M11 is not secure by knox bro you can check on google ( samsung knox phones list )
You could have specified what version of Android you are on since my phone is on 11 and I cannot do any of this.... It always makes me mad when all you bypass people post videos without saying what version you are even on. Clearly you are on Android 10 since all my settings look nothing like yours.....
