"Man, I can't watch any of the games from this season without getting a bitter taste in my mouth from the last two games." Man, we feel you. Pitt lost to Iowa by 3 and Wisc lost to Iowa by 4. If you got the last two back and both of them got their wins, where does that leave Iowa. Right, same damn place with 2 losses.
It was very close, but the wideout was off the line. The ball was spotted at the 33 1/2 yard line and the wideout had his heel on the 35. He was in the backfield by about 4 or 5 inches. And he was split out to #11's left.
Instead of moving to the big 10, Nebraska probably should have joined the Mountain West conference. They could probably win a game or two in that pansy conference.
Iowa was undefeated and ranked fourth and if I recall correctly, Nebraska was actually a slight favorite. I know Iowa would spit the bit in the Rose Bowl that year but come on! In a side note, Iowa State (and current Grewn Bay WR) Allan Lazard famously tweeted from his couch how much he was enjoying seeing Stanford whip Iowa in the Rose Bowl. Classic Cyclone mentality. Showed more pleasure in seeing Iowa drown than showed disappointment in not playing that day himself (or in any bowl game that year)
Stien Muller LMAO nine months later this comment still holds unbelievably true. They just paid 1.1 million dollars to Troy University to beat them in Lincoln.
Nebraska won a national championship 20 years ago you douche. Did you forget about that? Or perhaps you have no idea what a national championship is because you're an Iowa fan and they've never come close to winning one...lmao. And they never will, bitch.
@RollerTroller69 You guys better get ready to take some good old beat downs now that Frost is in charge. We will be in the college football playoffs very shortly.
I'm a Bama fan but didn't Nebraska win like 6 National titles in the late 90s, early 2000s?? I mean I'm 40 and growing up from a little kid till my 20s Nebraska was what Alabama is now.. Lol... I think your math is off a bit. Anyway, Roll Tide!!!
+Mike Nelson I agree about the defense. I have noticed for a good month or better how the run defence has been getting soft, especially after Drew Ott got hurt. The secondary has been giving up alot of yards. If you listen to the pundits, Iowa has no chance Saturday. I believe they do and at the least, will make it interesting against MSU. GO HAWKS!
+williamwallace1307 I agree. I think we will put up a good fight, and despite everybody saying we don't stand a chance, I think we have a decent chance of winning.
Man, I can't watch any of the games from this season without getting a bitter taste in my mouth from the last two games.
Same. I was at the big ten championship game and it was the worst feeling since we lost by so little and we could've gone to the playoffs
@@noahbezanson1680 Well they got beat by MSU who did go to the playoffs. You know, Bama 38, MSU 0.

Last two games? I have no recollection of Iowa playing two games after this......nope. No recollection at all.
Oh man I miss Tommy Armpunt
My favorite Nebraska QB, dude was awful and they loved him.
The gift that keeps on giving. Thanks, for the TO's Tommy. And the pick six.
How tf did Jordan Canzeri not go to the NFL
He was fast. Didn't have the size/power or the cutting/escapability needed for the NFL.
@George Washington I think teams missed an opportunity for a good returner.
Love how Nebraska has a key reception to an ineligible receiver and Iowa ends up getting flagged.
The reason Kirk was upset was because at 2:22 #11 was in ineligible receiver. He is buried by the WR split out to his right.

May God SUPER Bless the Iowa Hawkeyes now from 2024 and far beyond !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have cousins who have husker season tickets for years. But I live in Iowa. Go hawks!
That 4th and 1 on the 19 fade route into the endzone call though...
Defense looking sweet this game, talk about 4 picks and 1 of them being a pick 6! GG

The last time Nebraska was any good my daughter was born. She is 37 now!

CA C Probably not lol. Frost isn't a god like you guys think he is.

Glad the announcers corrected their mistake. They said Nebraska lost in OT to Iowa in 2014. Wrong! Won by 3 in OT in 2014. 😊
Iowa is going to turn Lincoln into a mud hole again this year go hawks
Can't find a corncob, use a Cornhusker.
I hate that Michigan state running back for that one carry
He was stop but screwed iowa over
im confident Hawks will win The BIG TEN🏈🏆🏈
GO HAWKS GO.
Nebraska hands @17 seconds
Hawks need much better production from the offence to beat MSU. They got lucky they got 4 pics from the defence.
+williamwallace1307 The offense will be fine. They have been consistent all year. It's the defense that I'm worried about.

Mike Nelson yea we had a chance. Then LJ Scott happened.
This season haunts me because we actually could have made it to the college playoff
MSU did. Bama 38, MSU 0.
@@robjohnson8861 yeah to be honest no BIG team was good enough that year
on further review
Iowa
beat 2 ranked teams ranked 19, 20
and
lost to 2 ranked teams in the top 10.
We have so many fans go huskers
And so many L’ s Go Hawks
This team had the easiest schedule in the world lmaoooo what a joke, to then lose 2 straight
F
Iowa's best teams barely beat bad Nebraska teams... All blue bloods fall.. Nebraska will rise again ... Roll Tide!
Nah they are going to keep losing, Nebraska is a shell of a blue blood
@@michaelvey0239 Take away the Big Easy and they were never a blue blood.
😂😂 Nebraska still not winning
