  • PTSD, social anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks, and imposter syndrome are just some of the things Ian Redpath and Jeremy Chopra have experienced between them. Known collectively as All On The Board, Ian and Jeremy are the TFL customer service assistants who write the supportive, fun, moving words on tube station boards and post them on social media.
In this chat with Fearne, Ian and Jeremy discuss the importance of being kind to one another, and the power of feeling less alone when you’re going through a rough time. They also talk through some of the overwhelming experiences of working on the Underground that have particularly stuck with them over the years - for better or for worse.
All On The Board: Your Daily Companion is out now.

Thank you for sharing your podcast and reminding me that there are people out there who understand the power of empathy and compassion in this digital age. I spend most of my life feeling alone and extreme loneliness. Human connection is really challenging to find and nurture. This is exactly what I needed to see today.

I can't believe the management or whoever did not inform him that the girl survived,Surely the train companies should make it their business to follow up on such incidences and a driver would know if the incident was fatal or not.
All those years and councelling thinking she actually died,!! that would have given a whole different perpsective knowing she survived and maybe because he managed to break earlier than he would have.
Anyway, amazing duo and great work they are doing to humanise a public space which can all too often be stressful and lack connection when you have many people ina small space and yet hardly any connection.I find those spaces the hardest being surrounded by people but when there is virtually no eye contact or basic verbal communication often.

These humble authentic guys with such integrity should be running the railway 🛤👌🙌 instead of the 'suits' who want A.I instead of humans and profits for their elite shareholders.
