Lucy got a really important question/request for you: Can u plz do a whole video dedicated to a 15min post run cooldown stretch and if you can also, a pre-run mobility stretch prep for however long you do it for (and do u actually do a pre-run stretch prep because I know nick bare does)..Anyway, cheers!
Loved this video! It's so relatable watching you run while talking about everything else you have to do in the day 🤣 Do you think you could do a video on recovery? Things you do and why/when you do it ❤
Have you tried altra zero drop? I used to run in nike and brooks, but i kept having issues with my achilles tendons, calves, metatarsals, etc...after I heard about and researched Altra zero drop shoes, or natural foot shape zero drop shoes about 12 years ago, I've had zero issues with my feet and legs. Good luck to you and your adventures. You are inspiring. ❤
Are there any running shops where you could get your running tested and fitted for a shoe possibly? Then you could avoid buying more and get smth that would be good for u
Running shoes are so personal, what works for you might not work for me (but you know that too haha) 😜 My biggest rec would be to find a REALLY good running shop, that looks at everything: your gate, stride, whether you have pronation or not, that looks at your feet, where are they wider/more narrow - everything 🙏 Where I live in Denmark, a shop called Kaisersport is my go-to. You basically book a 45 min appointment with them, all the employees are educated in something related to physiotherapy or biomechanics, and then you get the most personalized advice possible. You get to try out the shoe(s) they recommend right away. And after, if you buy them and they turn out to not be your things within 90 days of buying them, you get to return them still. It's most like a clinic and shop in one. Anyways, if you have such a shop close to where you live, I think that would be amazing for your shoe problem! 🤩 Also because the right shoe can easily prevent injury! 🥳
Aaah I'm always so excited for your videos Lucy!! Thanks for being such a big motivation during my own marathon training. I really admire your willpower and honestly, your physical and mental strength.
if your struggling for trainers give on cloud a shot ive had multiple pairs and there mint the current ones im using are the cloud monster and they are amazing , love the videos btw keep them up ! excited to see the furture races.
For running shoes I love Hoka and New Balance, Nike ones just don’t work for me sooo maybe look into other brands. Also go to a running shop and get professional help, before you spend more money on shoes that won’t work for you! 🫶🏻 love your content❤
I’m sorry if this question is too personal but because you’ve mentioned starting TTC now. How are you managing that along with the big goals you have? Are there any additional vitamins you’re taking?
Get to a running shop and get gait analysed! I wouldn’t imagine any proper running shop would have any Nike shoes in there! I’ve never seen any! I have worn brooks ghost for years and years! Xx
Hey Lucy, a question do you know if the protein wafers are halal/koshe? I got some but saw there is hydrolysed gelatine in there :(. Can I eat that? love you, Miray from Germany
I love these videos but they are difficult to watch sometimes as they're so heavily edited. Its like one minute of talking is actually about 30 little clips all pieced together as every single bit of silence has been removed. Would be nice to have more natural and free flowing speech. Thanks for upload.
I would love to see more try on hauls on your channel. Sweats and gymshark. That’s how I found your channel years ago. Before you were a gymshark athlete you did a try on legging haul from various brands.
Happy Wednesday upload!!! Very excited about this video as it’s a real dive into a day in the life 😂🎉

I loved the podcast with Tia and listened to her book too and loved it 👍🏻👍🏻
The Asics Novoblast 4s are super for an everyday mileage shoe. You can also pick up the pace in them but the saucony speed 4s are great for reps.
Give ASICS Superblast a go? Lovely shoe, daily, good all rounder and non plated

Oh my god, I thought I was the only one who is a heavy step runner. I realised it this morning when I went on a run without headphones. Geng!

Quick question! How do you make sure your knee stay strong and healthy with all that running? Also, have fun during your honeymoon 🎉
