Man, good fight, good fight.
A few things I wanna add here is.
In a competitive game, while we should focus on having fun there's always have some frustrate along side it because of the nature of competitiveness.
I see that look back to what or why we lose is a good thing to do but to make it such a big deal is not good thing.
I felt like one of your teammate kind of keep complaining everything and that's, for me, is what drag the overall mood of your team down.
Mention something like "If xxx we should've won" AFTER a match end help nothing but increasing more tension between teammate.
What matter more is "Doing their best" in the match, but still, "Their best" is not the same for everyone.
In team game, Overall atmosphere and Morale is important, keep complaining about their loses from RNG or ranting their frustration to teammate is not good because you know what ? the opponent doesn't hear that, it's the team that carry all those negative and it made into frustration all around turning a good game (even if you lose) into a salty try hard.
I hope your friend know that and maybe he can do better for the "Team" in the future

Damn Ralli and Bold was salty as hell after that. I feel like his criticism was a bit unfounded. Like they were going heavy tanks and kept pushing with them so you had to counter that. He feels like more airborne guards from you would've magically solved their problems (they don't go toe to toe with obers). It's typical blame on someone else to try and cover up their own mistakes

its how it is frustrations in competitive things like this will always be high. but I'm sure they're good friends, seeing toxicity from the outside is always hard to watch but I think we've all been there.
