I appreciate that Darkblood was an actual character here who was part of the story. Originally in the comics he was like a quick joke character who showed up for a couple panels here and there. Omniman spent 8 months kindly explaining to those aliens why they shouldn't invade earth. Also Cecil is taking Damien seriously thats why he put surveillance on a house that has 2 op superheroes in it for "protection" he just doesn't want him to be right cuz if he is the earth is doomed. There is no one on earth that can stand up to him. The only ones who stood a ghost of a chance died an episode ago.

Atom Eve's costume symbol on her chest is drawn inaccurately simple in most scenes. It looks like an X through the gender symbol for women, but its shown in some close-up shots later in the season that its actually atomic rings around the symbol. Loving your reactions!
Yeah, there was a mix-up with her character sheet and her distant model was mistakenly used for most scenes except the _really_ close ones instead of only for ones where she was far away from the point of view. Supposedly it'll be fixed for future seasons.
🟢 Iván Berni 🟢 It wasn’t immediately obvious to me that the X was actually Atomic Rings. Her powers aren’t explained until later in the season, and I first heard her name as “Adam Eve” because I watched without subtitles. I briefly wondered if she was making a statement with her costume symbol, only to later learn her powers, her actual name, and that it was an inaccurate drawing for most of the show.
It's also why the people who greenlit this show were stupid enough to make Amber black. They worship woke trash and have the attention span of a gnat on crack. They do not pay attention to the story. They only watch for the first ten seconds and then try to subvert the whole source material into woke trash. Everyone knows that Amber is nothing and gone in the next five episodes of season 2, with fifty more episodes at minimum if they get the okay to finish the whole story.
The Flaxan were far more advanced technologically than humanity and Omniman took them all out. The Guardians of the Globe were the best, most powerful and well coordinated group of super heroes the planet had and the most they were able to do was sideline Omniman for like a few days at best. Cecil is the person that would be most aware of what Omniman can do, that is to say that if he wanted to attack Earth we would have no defense against this one dude.

At least the cities attract the superheroes who might be able to save you. Also I think our reaction to these random super events threatening people is like the reactions of people who might have lived in a dome or space station or place with perfect weather who would freak out at the idea of water randomly falling for the sky, or snow randomly piling up on the roads, or hurricanes etc just turning up. To the people in the superhero universe, they are just used to it.

You can read in the comic, what will happen. I looked it up in the wiki precisely because I just had to know and, unfortunately, I spoiled myself pretty badly alongside this info. But if you want the answer to that (Spoiler obviously): Amber and Mark break up in volume 41 and he gets together with Eve. Which will happen around episode 20. Maybe a few episodes later, because the makers have moved quite a lot from the back to the front and changed a lot in general. For example, Robot's story actually happened after the events in the finale.

There's just Omniman kills Guardians and dips cuz he just offscreened the guardians no injuries. Then the finale happens like 2 issues later. Mark isn't even introduced to Cecil until after the finale fight. I do like the shows version of events better and am excited to see the next season.
