Irish Knight I haven't read the Stern Omnibus yet but have read the Stan Lee stuff. The Lee run is from the 60's and the Stern is from the 70's so both are bit dated but I did enjoy seeing how Spider-Man originally came about and seeing his villains introduced for the first time. If you don't mind older stuff I'd go with Volume 1 but keep in mind that volume 2 is OOP.

I have a little collection of myself going on too, but I have a question that I hope you can answer: Are Marvel's Masterworks Collection that are already available , will they also be reprinted someday for Marvel's Epic Collection line ? Cos the Epics are way cheaper to buy and I'm willing to wait a long time for those Masterworks that will be reprinted into the cheaper Epics, thanx bro.

Caldwell Comics Have you read the Marvel hardcover books you've bought? I want to buy civil war and age of ultron in Hardcover but idk spending that much money on it, I want to know if the hardcover quality is as good or is better than DCs stand alone average hardcovers. (like new 52 and such)
rockandrollathon General fan response says Civil War was fairly good but Age of Ultron (no relation to the movie) was not great. If you are looking to pick up event stories like these I would replace Age of Ultron with either Siege or Infinity. Siege being the resolution of some of the bad guys taking over Shield and Infinity being a more cosmic story.
Have you read that deadpool cable omnibus!!! I had them in trade they sucked horribly so i sold them on amazon. They were so rare at the time i got a couple hundred dollars for the books each. Still not sure why people buying it!!!!

Josh Long I got the Ultimate Spiderman Omnibus but it doesnt have a dust jacket and it was the one made by barnes and noble. Yea I really hope we see a vol.2 of Aarons Wolverine.

+Rafael Chicas Try "Revival" series, very good. Friday the 13th is a good graphic novel. Although not Horror, but I absolutely loved "The Walking Dead" series.
I did have a couple... sold them on! I dont like the build quality. I have seen pages fall out the spine in the past. They are sooooo uncomftable to read (which i actully do with my collection i read them). Some off the time the art doesn't scale up properly. Although that's not really the case for the more modern stuff. The fact for me is i just wouldn't ever takem them out the sleeve. So for me there is no point. That doesn't take away how awesome they look on your shelf though dude!
LINFIZZLE I actually scored the first 3 brubaker cap omnis for 90$ total off ebay before they went oop. The iron fist was pure luck on ebay. Someone listed it for buy it now at 50$ so I snagged it up quick.

I actually read the trades before the omnibus and liked it alot so the omnibus was a for sure buy for me.
