The Comanche is an excellent option for your first retract bird. The 180 is probably the best deal around if you don’t need to fly out of hot and high airports. It’s a very simple plane to operate and for owner maintenance. Very easy to work on! I’ve seen prices in the 40s. Cheaper than a 172 and way faster. I used to have a 260. Very reliable airplane.
Firt time I've gotten vertigo on the ground...could you pan the camera more slowly and get a simple stabilizer to help with the bouncing? Othern' that, loved the commanche and the aerial shots. Thanks!

Did you leave the Master switch on? 😉 My Dad learned not to do that on his 250. He also had a 400, N8542P. It's For Sale outside of Scranton, PA. I'm not a pilot, (my stomach always said nooo...no matter what I tried) but I'd love to see it in the air again.

Your left Main Gear looks to be out of adjustment. It may be your the camera angle...

Osborne tip tanks add 200 pounds to the gross weight. The increase may be used for things other than fuel such as baggage, passengers, etc.
I believe that the increase is only good for the fuel. It also depends on the year and model
