Try using bait elastic on your shrimp. It helps with the small bait stealers.
Great vid, I’m going to Jacksonville to do some surf fishing on Monday, hopefully the weather cooperates. I plan to use the same exact set up with shrimp and fish bite

I just went this week awesome time there were sharks everywhere and baitfish were covered everywhere. You would be lucky to a fish in without a shark getting it

Those crazy fish are cool, until you fill up a 14 ft net with little tiny crazy fish, one in every single hole on the whole damn net.
How much does the pier cost?
$9 to fish, $6 for veterans/military to fish. $3 to walk on. Not sure how much parking fee is
The state of Alabama broke my contract with the reef fish endorsement I got my lifetime salt and freshwater back in 1988
