Agreed!!!! Manchester Orchestra are artists in every purest sense of the word!!!! Their songs conjure sooo many beautiful feelings in you, just like looking at a painting by Van Gogh or Picasso! Peace to you all my fellow humans! 🫶🏼✌🏼🤘🏻
You always know when a band has amazing talent when their live sound is pretty much equal quality to their studio version, and honestly some of their live and acoustic versions here and there are even better, hehe.
As a flower child of the 60's it is nice to know the music continues. These guys would have been great at Lewisville Pop Festival and Woodstock. Would love to see them live today!
I'm a major university professor, and I play this video as an example of a "flawless live performance" because that is exactly what this is. How I wish the band did not abandon this brilliant album. Cope/Hope anniversary tour this fall????
Saw these guys open for Say Anything at The Masquerade in Atlanta around 2007 I think. Fell in love with them when they played "Where Have You Been?" and they've been one of my favorite bands ever since.
The entire COPE tour was amazing I saw them 3 times in FLA/GA this past year...seeing them again this Sunday 10/26 at some festival in WPB can't wait! And Brand New the day before in Miami!!
A few years ago I had no idea who these guys were, I was just camping a stage waiting for Foo Fighters when these guys walked on stage and opened with Top Notch. I was blown away. Such a pleasant surprise, I always love those kinds of concerts and finding new bands to crush on.
Was there and can confirm. 👍🏻 These guys and Mastodon, although very different bands, are two "Atlanta" bands that I have proudly recommended to people I've met from all over the world. It never ceases to amaze me how many people have never heard of MO when it seems like everybody that does digs them. I was even in Manchester, England in late December 2019 and very few people I talked to had heard of them.
Man, I miss Chris. I know it sounded like things weren't so great for him, but he was so exciting to watch for a guy who, as the band went on, didn't get to contribute as much as he should have.
I saw their lead singer open for Brandi Carlisle last year with a solo acoustic set. The crowd didn't know who the hell he was and they were bored to death by the second song. I'm not kidding, it wasn't good. So, it's bizarre to me how in 2014 the Cope album and this song took off the way they did.
Unfortunately, all I see is a massive under-achievment. Brilliant song transpricpt, excellent rhythm, nice overlays, vocals were on point as always. It just didn't come together.
Most underrated band of our generation, these guys are pure genius.
Could not agree more! At just 18 yrs old, this dude was writing pure gold!
Agreed
Still true 5 years later. Even more so now

Doesn't matter how many times I listen to this song or any of their music, I love it with the same intensity as the first time I heard it ❤️

PRO...
A very zesty but mellow band with subtle notes of REM and Pink Floyd.
Could Andy Hull's voice be more perfect?
All that I know there is no way to fix it
The video isn't available I'm my country? TH-cam, why do you feed me such lies?
Guarentee I have a quarter of the views on this video. Lol
I NEED to see this band Live! I've been a harty fan since 2009, which is more than what most of the posers in that crowd could probably say.
Congratulations on being a much cooler fan than anybody else out there.
Yes, of all of the few hundred fans who paid to see them live u surely must be the biggest fan
The natural parentheses climatologically reflect because employer embryologically crawl into a longing cd. slow, abandoned sea

Speak for yourself buster this is a fuckin masterpiece
