Excellent video, very helpful for me. Where does mirror kira fit into all this. Does the meta need to shift towards longer fights for her to become better?
I've got to make a new one soon, but the short answer is that she sucks. She takes so long to kick in, and never really adds a whole lot even after 5 rounds that you're generally still better with Crit or Shield Drain or some other effect. They just made her too weak and a bit too slow
@@EnderSword thanks, that's really helpful. I'm pretty new (started in March, ops 39 atm) but does scopely ever go back and buff under-performing officers?
@@hmosh I don't think they've ever buffed one after the month it was released. A couple of times they changed stats in the first month. But there are some old officers who have been useless and suddenly a new addition to the game makes their old ability relevant. In general though they like making money selling the new ones instead of fixing old ones
