I love to visit and tour China but I know there are still many old style unspoken rules in China that the older ones hold on to their power and bully the younger ones. However, Wang Yibo is not an ordinary young kids. He is very open minded and easy going. He seems not urgently need to get an award. He enjoys his youth and enjoys doing things he likes. He is in Paris now watching a world tennis open, eating ice cream on the street. He is having fun, not that eager to win an award. Nevertheless, he loves acting and he commits himself to do his best in all the dramas and movies he will be in, as a thankful gifts to all his fans. Love Wang Yibo.

I am that "international audience". I have watched the series. The series WOF /Storm Chaser enchanted me. I liked Wang Yang, true. BUT. I was stunned by Wang Yi Bo more, I was just carried away by his acting, actually. I was sure this was his great cinematography accomplishment (after HB). I was glad to find out *in April* that the series and WYB's performance -- *the Main Lead character definitely* -- were praised highly (even by some pessimistic folks who didn't favour YiBo). AND SUDDENLY *in May* I got a blow out of the blue -- I was shocked by the results of the "magnolia". SO, I became curious, who the heck is this 'magnolia'? What credentials does it have? As far as I understand, this is the list of the most prestigious Chinese awards: 1. Golden Rooster Awards 2. Hundred Flowers Awards 3. China Huabiao Film Awards 4. Shanghai Film Critics’ Awards 5. To resolve this nomination issue, they gotta rename the award as Best Actor instead of Best Actor for Lead Role. Any actor in any role can be awarded as Best Actor without qualms from a stand-in, supporting to lead role.✌️
