The Principle was incredibly gracious for telling them they can skate it all they want after school hours!! Those Hollywood sets are national treasure to skateboarding as a whole.. I feel like there are just certain spots(Jkwon, LA High, etc) we must be careful at and obey security to ensure many more decades of face-melting carnage..
St. Brendan He probably knows that the stair set is legendary skate spot and he just don't want anyone getting hurt while he's on campus because he would be held responsible for it and get fired

Can we just take a second to appreciate his bail technique? This dude landed on his feet, rolled on his back and popped back up to his feet with no hands almost every try.
Very skilled in bails, lands, pops, and slides. Insane!
Growing up seeing 411VM's in the 90's I swore stuff like this could never be done.
It's a must man, I need to learn that, at 30, anytime I toss a hand out, I either mess my wrist up, or fuck my fingers or shoulder

Wow, I'm an old skater and watching this kinda brings a gangsta tear to my eyes. Seeing a young man that is athleticly gifted stomp some shit like this out. In my day we were all nerds on skateboards but today this is like a real athlete doing the impossible. so cool to see how this has turned out. Absolutely incredible never would think anything like this would be imaginable let alone accomplisable.

I’ve watched this probably a hundred times. I still have the 270 lip on my old iPhone was stoked I got to see this in person. Nothing like witnessing tricks go down like that on the spot

He's made falling down to an art, I love how he just rolls out and flips back up onto his feet!
Absolutely awesome. Also worth stating how efficient he was with his slams and going into a roll everytime, never seen it executed so cleanly time after time and its like he was never jumping down anything in the first place.

Nyjah's switch big heel might be the hardest trick ever done at this spot but I'd still give best overall flip trick down this stair set to Deshawn because of his style and control of the board. Amazing stuff

fishingwithgoat when you're a skateboarder or really anything in life the world doesn't revolve around you and your clips everyone who goes and works at that school knows its a popular skate spot and have never really cared/been really cool with people coming to skate which is why no one ever gets kicked out but it is a school and it's really not a lot to ask someone who doesnt attend to leave during school hours btw it is illegal for them to be there without letting the school know during school hours let alone skate there they couldve been arrested and fined

i dont even wanna see what skaters are going to be doing in 10 years... when i started skating, both of these tricks were unthinkable down this set. UN-THINK-ABLE. No other word for it. This is absolutely amazing.
The edition part was really cool. 270 lip was insane and I am pretty sure the laser flip will be the best one I will ever see in my life. 2 sick tricks at the same section like was nothing. Also, him showing his socks, saying he did that for the people who died because of cancer and calling his mother to tell her he did it, showed he is a great human being. I hope achieve a lot of things in his career.
This guy is absolutely unreal. A true talent. I've never used this word to describe a trick before, but that laser flip was gorgeous.
I've replayed that laser flip at least a 100 times. Every time, it's insane. The amount of cajones this guy has for doing that fs 270 lip side is ridiculous.
The guy is a so humble and, as a result, he can keep the fact that he is a fucking beast on the low key. Dashawn is blowing up and it is awesome. These process clips show the work that goes into these 'effortless' looking tricks - thanks Berrics for putting them together.
