This was actually my favourite coaster at Europa park. I loved the whole experience with the soundtrack, as well as the janky and intense laterals.
Hot take!
My sister and I started raising the roof on the lift hill and got others to join in. We also got to experience most of the track backwards. We're still young so we just laughed harder everytime we got another hit but I can see it being too rough if you're getting on a bit. All in all the best memory of the park. I haven't smiled as much as after a ride as I did after Euro-Mir. 10/10 experience.

This coaster is just a pure WTF coaster. I have a love hate relationship with this ride, some days I like it, and somedays I love it. It has a banger soundtrack that is just a classic. I also love the intensity and it's not so smooth transitions, they always make me laugh. Great ride. 7/10
I don't necessarily laugh at the transitions, but I can tolerate them.

Have you ridden Excalibur at valley fair?
Yes, it's a short but fun ride.
When I rode it, it went backwards on the second part of the ride and boy did that hurt. The transitions are terrible on this thing especially when you're going backwards and can't prepare for them. My legs are pretty long and my knees got some terrible smacks from the wacking against the car. Really hope they decide to retrack it like they did to Eurosat or just replace it any time soon.
A retracking would be nice. The dream would be to make it free spin too.
A very rare coaster with which I enjoy the lifthill more than the downhill ride. And that’s not a negative.
The lift is pure fun.

Fun fact! The spaceship outside is the copy of Mir that the Soviet Union built to use as a training aid on the ground. After Mir was decommissioned, the trainer was sold off and Mack ended up buying it and making a little display out of it.

5:09: You forgot to mention that the brake is also almost an element: It brakes you down from full speed to 0 in just a few meters. It's a very forceful brake. And it just comes after the two most intense from a ride perspective elements, so it just hits you as a surprise while your pulse is still on the higher side.

I love Euro Mir. It has become so iconic and so legendary with its amazing soundtrack. Literally the only downside except some „rougher transitions“ , is that Europapark thinks it’s a good idea to replace the soundtrack during the Halloween and Winter time with different themed songs. Still makes no sense to me as those other songs are much shittier than the normal legendary soundtrack.
I got the usual soundtrack when I was there in the fall 2017.

Hey, that's actually an upside. You can listen to the usual soundtrack for most of the year. Halloween and winter (because of the closing of the park in winter) is only a couple of weeks, and I really like that there is some alternation in Euro Mir and Euro Sat. Especially Euro Sat had an awesome halloween soundtrack back then. The main soundtrack was of course one of the most iconic ("In a second orbit"), but the halloween time was great too.

Not sure! The ride system here I'd love to see at Disney would be Arthur.
They did in the form of primeval whirl but I would argue this looks much better.
The Guardians of the Galaxy coaster they're building now will have cars that rotate under ride control--more like Escape from Gringotts than Euro-Mir, but the cars will be able to rotate when the coaster is moving at high speed, unlike either of those rides.
I really like the soundtrack on this ride and it looks like a really fun rerideable ride that I would come back to multiple times if I went to Europa.

Euro Mir is my favorite Coaster at Europa Park :) i started working there last year and on my first day my shift led me to Euro Mir and i just couldn't stop headbanging to this Godlike Soundtrack 😅

This is my favorite roller-coaster of all time. The music is so cool and the coaster is really fun. It's a bit pumpy but it's still pretty cool. 💖👍🏻😁

On my last visit in october 2021 it featured a different soundtrack. It was bland and disappointing!

Fun fact: my rides during winter season were much smoother than on a warm summer day. Maybe this Russian coaster gets aggressive when it's hot and prefers cold temperatures :)

This seriously looks like a very long and weird spinning coaster. I'd definitely check it out. It looks like they built a coaster around a modern building in a city.

Fill the spaces with frozen peas and ham it’s like coloring with food! put some creamy chicken soup on it and that’s comfort food!

My favourite part of the ride is the view from the top, I really enjoy the gentle way it rolls around up there. At Halloween they change the music inside and add red lighting and smoke which is fun.
When I rode it for Halloween in 2017, it had the usual music.
