chris whitehead I'm guessing they chose 'she' because in general girls tend to self harm more. no this is not an assumption its a fact, they've done studies. and men that self harm tend to not be as open about it. same goes with depression and suicidal thoughts. This is also because society tries to tell men they have to be heartless, emotionless machines.
