I’m loving the fact that the Steelers have been running the ball really well these last couple weeks. Also gotta give props to Pickett, he hasn’t had a turnover in 3 weeks. The dude has been getting comfortable every week.

For real. Its been great to see and I'm loving it. I think its starting to resonate within the team. People can say its a passing league all they want BUT you have to be able to run the ball and the last 3 weeks, as you said have been great running. I'm SO glad they used McFarland in this game and they may have to again with Najees abdominal injury. Benny Snell ran the ball very well.

You can see Pickett slowly start to take strides forward in his development. I'm hoping that once Matt Canada is kicked to the curb and we can sure up the OL that he can take a huge leap forward in Year 2.
I'm a bit nervous about a 2nd year qb having another new OC which is exactly what we will have next season

As a Patriots fan I have to admire the Steelers ability to draft Wide Receivers, they consistently hit on their picks which sad to say is more than I can say for the Patriots.
They have to have some of the best WR scouts in the league. They consistently draft incredible talent, and then let them go, knowing that there's always more coming down the pike.

Me neither, it makes no sense. Colts ran the ball 25 times for 110 yards and 1 TD. Passed 34 times for 199 yards and 1 TD/1 INT. Steelers ran the ball 36 times for 172 yards and 2 TDs. Passed 28 times for 151 yards 0 TD/0 INT… Colts have one of the best backs in the league whose young but for some reason instead of establishing the run to make defenses respect the run and pass off the play action which is like the most fundamental offense in all of football they rely too much on a 37 year old veteran who is past his prime to throw way too often. Matt Ryan even at 37 is ideal as a game manager but not to put all the weight on him. I guarantee if they fed Taylor more they would have more success on offense and win games because their defense is ranked #10 in the league.. the Steelers winning this game is a perfect example of this. The steelers defense is literally ranked #15 but they won the game because they’re establishing the run as their run game.

Whoever was on Watt tonight had a hell of a game. Watt had like zero impact on this game which is very rare
TJ isn't 100% Healthy at the moment. This is why we need to Draft another Elite Edge Rusher to create that 3 Man rotation so when TJ or HighSmith are Injured or out of the Game to continue that relentless pressure. As you can see the Pierre INT was caused by Pressure!

13:34 wow. Idk how Matt Ryan mentally decided to run and even sacrifice his body by not sliding and falling forward….. but short of the firstdown. He didn’t even take a hit. Not getting the first down at that time and not calling the timeout probably helped them lose the game by failed final drive.

One thing I love that they did this week is really used a running back trio to avoid wearing down Harris. Snell really showed improvement from last year in this game and macfarlane is very shifty. All 3 running backs differ and it throws the defenses off. I love it

I liked the look of the Colts TE Woods....had a solid game
I honestly think Kenny looks good. He's decisive, he's capable of making all the throws. I think with him it's a matter of stringing together consistency at a super high level which will come. Also, he needs a halfway competent offensive coordinator which he will hopefully get next year. I like what I see from Kenny a lot.
He keeps overthrowing his WRs. If they can figure ball placement out he will be really really good.
My favorite highlight of this game when we got a touchdown towards the end and Kenny put up two fingers looking over at Coach T and he puts up two fingers as well. I loved it !. Amazing game to say the least. Thank you #MenOfSteel

I feel sorry for colts fans. Watching this game should give you an idea of the culture with Saturday. Very much improved… but fall slightly short. And that 2nd down scramble by Matt Ryan is the glimpse of it. Sums it all up. Matt gave his body up by falling forward but fell short and didn’t even take a hit. Then not calling timeout… smh. 🤦♂️ then running the ball 3rd down while time still ticking that resulted in a tackle for loss. (Have no idea what OL number 80 was doing) NOW they decide to pass 4th down and yeah one chance incompletion game over. Again, don’t get your hopes up colts fans. A Team that falls flat when momentum is on their side. 😖🤦♂️

Definitely a step forward in Kenny's development. He's certainly not afraid to thread the needle in a tight window. Maybe still some work in feeling the rush. But 4-7 means it's probably time to take a step back and figure out where the wrinkles are. Defense seems to be a big wrinkle.

Pickett is showing some nice passes when he gets time, when he's missing, he's not missing by much, just a little to high or low or inside or out. Just has to dial it in a bit more, can't wait to see what he does if they get him a better O-Line and a not terrible offensive coordinator.
Pickett is progressing faster than many other new QBs. Even when he struggled early in the year I liked what I saw. You got a good one PIT

Two things the Colts desperately need to do to improve:
-Saturday needs to learn how to manage the clock. If they used their timeouts on that last drive, they may have had more time to read the defense and call plays with better chance of success.
-Bench Matt Ryan. First half was unforgivably bad, and late in the game as a veteran you should know to call those timeouts yourself when you need more time to get set.
I like that every game highlight NFL posts shows the winner on the thumbnail... Nice...

I hate to admit it, but Jeff Saturday needs to learn from other coaches as to knowing when to use the timeouts available. The way the game ended could have easier had he use his clock management skills to tie this game
Going off this video alone^ they ran the right play on 3rd down with the run. 4th down jus comes down to if the ref calls the flag or not, although you also don't want to put the game in the ref's hands

That first half by the Steelers offense looked okay, too bad QB Pickett had to throw the ball a little too high to WR Pickens in the end zone and Pittsburgh had to settle for a FG. ☹
The second half, the Steelers Offense was not so good due to the adjustments made by the colts Defense. That almost Kickoff return for a TD by the colts sure changed the momentum for Indy in the 2nd half.
Kudos to the Steelers D, for not allowing the Colts to tie or win the game late in the 4th quarter. #HereWeGoSteelers!

No one calls a timeout and they allow the clock to run out, they end the game with an incomplete pass to the sidelines on 4th down!.. Really bad clock management!

Ya cause they only had over 4mins left to win the game they wouldn't have tied anyway Ryan is washed up face it and they got hardly no players on offense the refs did let's colts get away with alot of holding though so they tried to help
I know it's easy to blast Saturday for clock management after this game, but the fact that the Colts took a lead into the fourth quarter is pretty impressive against a decent-looking Steelers team.
