1969 Ferrari GTB/4 Daytona Spyder Conversion Test Drive | Bring a Trailer

This 1969 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona (chassis 12893) was purchased by the current owner in 1980 and subsequently sent to European Auto Restoration in California to be converted into a spyder. Power is provided by a 4.4L quad-cam V12 that was rebuilt in 2002 and is paired with a five-speed transaxle mounted at the rear of the car.
Additional equipment includes Borrani wire wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, a black soft top, black leather upholstery, power windows, and a gated shifter. Induction is via six Weber carburetors that were rebuilt in 2013 as part of a service carried out by Norwood Performance of Dallas, Texas. Maintenance performed in May 2019 totaled over $14k and included refurbishing the brake system, installing new fuel pumps, resealing the steering box, and changing the fluids.
