- This is a video about adopting a male guinea pig from Craigslist. I didn’t think it was going to happen this fast but the right opportunity came along. Meet Armani, my first ever Peruvian guinea pig. He is about 2 years old and eventually going to be neutered and added into the herd. He is definitely a dream come true and it all happened so fast. Thank you for everyones support on all of my losses and advice on how to help Pebbles and the babies. I’m so excited to go on this journey with Armani and he is an amazing addition to our home. No I did not hear the Holmes farm thing. What’s that?
@@PiggiesWorld it the farm that would supply all those big chain pet stores like pet co, pet smart, etc. they would take terrible care of their animals. Even worse than the care of the pet stores. They would kill animal by putting them on rooms of carbon dioxide or freezing them to death. They would put a bunch of mice, rats, Guinea pigs, hamsters into plastic bags and freeze them. There is a whole federal investigation for it. It’s terrible so I stopped going there. I am also in the process of talking with my state mayor and trying to stop pets being sold in pet stores. There where cats in the cages of Guinea pigs. A cat their once was loose and accessible to all the animals and they killed them leaving blood stains on the floor.
Oh yes I did see that! I know😞it’s terrible how they “love and support animals” but really don’t. I think petco is worse than Petsmart. I’ve been trying to order everything on chewy and not support them. We stopped there because it was a long car ride.

What a BEAUTIFUL PIGGY he is!! I'm SO happy for him, and you of course!! Definitely adding a neutered boar was the best thing for my 2 girls, they weren't getting on that well, although it was only my 1 girl that didn't like the other that much, no real fighting, but my teddy guinea pig is as SWEET as can be, she's my heart piggy, and she's so tame and adorable, but my other girl, who was more confident, wasn't a good friend to her, when I added the boar, it made a world of difference!! CONGRATULATIONS!

I’m having a really hard time to get good Timothy hay , I was going from brand to brand including the big ones and currently I buy Hay Rabbit hay from Tractor Supply but it’s pretty expensive for my 8 piggies
I’m her sister. We tried but it just kept on getting browner and browner. Our guinea pigs are picky eaters so they didn’t eat it.

Armani reminds me of a piggy I had, named Buddy. Buddy was a black and white Coronet. One comical thing about Buddy was when he would popcorn - he looked like a bouncing wig.😀😀😀
