Poland had some great chances to score some goals in the first half and control the game. It was a great tactic but unfortunately we couldn't convert. This could've been a great upset. France was ruthlessly efficient and that's what counts. So sad, but congratulations to France because you showed again that you're a world class team.
Poland played well. Poland just couldn't convert oportunity in goal. Otherwise they will dominate and could control. But anyway when poland or any xyz team want to creat national hero then they should more focused on national game and prepare themselves for nation not just for club. Club gives only money but Nation win give Pride and respect internationally. Very few players play with international sports person or join international academy. Wining from one club to another club doesn't make national heros. You can notice this or many before cups are only 3 ( polishplayers) vs 11 ( international players). Poland need 11 players to play for nation not just 2 or 3. I am too much upset.
@@whatisnewinworld1553 Yes, you're right. We have players that play in major international clubs so we do have talent but somehow lack cohesion in national team play. We need to stay the course and play efficient, offensive football. Hopefully our coach can recognize this so we can make a run for the next euros.

Giroud's goal is so underapreciated on a technical level, any striker would have else :
A) tried to put the ball just on the first post, (which would have been the easiest choice considering his left foot is his strong one.). Obvious to do, but the keeper saw it and began closing space.
B) do an Henri, control, slightly rotate on yourself to kick it on the right foot towards the second post, harder to do but also harder to counter for the keeper.
Yet he choose the C) option : stop running and immedialtly kick it left foot before the Defender or the keep Can react, towards the second post, which means doing a very unnatural move that left the keeper off guard.

@@theopaccoud4443 I will admit that we got out of the group stage after a terrible game against a really bad Mexico side, an average game against another bad Saudi Arabia side and an even worse game against Argentina where we showed absolutely no threat. I do not know if you watched the game today but, especially in the first half Poland was dangerous and could of scored. France has a quality squad and they need just a couple of touches on the opposition half to score. I think Poland were unlucky to concede in the first half as it was undeserved and I was quite surprised how easily Poland kept the ball. France was quite underwhelming in the first half. In the second half Poland was less dangerous and after losing a 2nd goal (which was a mistake from our defenders by being too passive and letting Mbappe get the ball ready for a shot) out heads started to go down and Poland was less dangerous by every minute. The next goal for France was for the same reason as the 2nd and also because of lack of motivation. In conclusion France was the more quality side, deserved to win but not by 3 goals and Poland deserved more. I’m proud of my country not because we got out of the group (because we were awful) but because we played our best game against a world class team. Polska Gola 🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱
