I wasn't going to listen to this word/ watch it but I said to myself "what if this is for you, what if it is true" everything you've said in the first 20 or so minutes has been true for me. I have felt heavy even depressed the past few weeks and I've been questioning myself and God because he delivered me from depression so I am always mindful of my emotions/habits.
